Expanded access to the Field Operations Manual using an external website. Set up Google Universal Analytics to gather data. The internal website averages 500 plus active monthly internal users, and the external website has more than 600 user accounts and more than 30 partner-companies whitelisted and using it on a regular basis. Led effort to apply a new content strategy and built SharePoint Online lists, forms, and automation to facilitate change management. Led the annual review process yearly using various tools, including SharePoint Online and Power BI to track progress. Tirelessly advocated for the user and best practices and processes.
